Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2 ก็เป็นอีกเกมหนึ่งที่ค่ายเกมไม่ให้ความสำคัญกับชาว PC เท่าไหร่นัก ทำออกมาให้เครื่องคอนโซลได้เล่นก่อนตั้งแต่เดือนกรกฎ าคม 2010 กว่าจะออกมาให้ชาว PC ได้เล่นกันก็ผ่านมา 4 เดือน โดย Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2 ของ PC มีกำหนดขายอยู่วันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน 2010 และวันนี้ทาง Ubisoft ก็อัพเดตสเปกเครื่อง PC ที่ต้องใช้ในการเล่นเกมนี้ เรื่องราวของ HAWX 2 จะดำเนินต่อจาก HAWX ภาคแรกกันเลย ผู้เล่นจะได้รับบทเป็นผู้บัญชาการรบกองทัพอากาศขั้น Elite ของกองทัพอากาศสหรัฐฯหน่วย HAWX ตามชื่อเกม ที่จะต้องปฏิบัติการรบในเขตตะวันออกกลาง ซึ่งมีการสืบมาว่ามีการพัฒนาอาวุธร้ายแรงอย่างลับๆขึ ้น โดยที่มหาอำนาจอย่างรัสเซียก็มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในครั้ งนี้ด้วย ผู้เล่นจะต้องปฏิบัติภารกิจในการทำลายเป้าหมาย ติดตาม คุ้มครอง ตามแต่ภารกิจที่ได้รับหลากหลายแบบ โดยจะมีลูกทีมร่วมปฏิบัติภารกิจด้วย ซึ่งผู้เล่นก็จะสามารถสั่งลูกทีมได้ตามต้องการท สำหรับเครื่องบินรบในเกม HAWX 2 ก็อ้างอิงมาจากเครื่องบินจริงๆทุกลำ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น F-22 Raptor, F-35 Lightning II และ Su-37 Terminator และเครื่องบินรบชื่อดังอื่นๆอีกมาก ซึ่งเครื่องแต่ละลำก็มีคุณสมบัติและการติดตั้งขีปนาว ุธและอาวุธต่างกันอีก ต่างหาก และนอกจากจะสนุกกับการรบกลางเวหาแล้ว ยังเพิ่มความสมจริงด้วยการที่ผู้เล่นจะต้องร่อนขึ้น และร่อนลงจอดสนามบิน หรือเรือบรรทุกเครื่องบิน เพื่อเติมเชื้อเพลิงและบรรจุอาวุธใหม่ด้วย
